I am an Accounting student though, but plan on teaching myself coding throughout the remaining 2.5 years of my degree (Mandarin & Spanish have been my focus aside from my degree for the past 2 years!). I didn't know there was such thing as competitive coding but I am sure I will get into it down the track. It looks like a great tool to improve coding skills and solve problems quickly.

You know what, I think you could take one of the problems from previous Kickstart's, and do a tutorial on how to fix it.
Showing the language you use, the logic, and everything. Like a tutorial.

Hi William, great video. Could you share how you find solutions to medium-hard problems? Is it practice, or do you study certain algorithms? I'm getting into CP, but I sometimes struggle with easy questions, although usually I solve them within 5-10 minutes. Thanks! I know it's a long process, I just want to improve myself.

Watching these kind of vids boost my morale to learn more about programming. Currently I am a freshmen Computer Science student. I do have a hard time coding due to the fact I am a slow learn (hard to say but its true). I do understand how the flow of the program works but I usually stuck up on which syntax or algo should I use. Anytips?

A year late, but try reading/watching Data Structures and Algorithms books/courses at your own pace! There’s lots of good options out there, let me know if you need any recommendations. It’s very possible you’ve taken a DSA class by now, in which case you can move onto materials specifically meant to prepare people for coding interviews.

You're a slow learner because your learning method is bad. Buy and Read 'Limitless' by Jim Kwik and you might become a fast learner soon.
