Good luck doing micro-soldering without removing the board from the phone. But to do that you *will* break the LCD first. The board itself is 4$, it's not worth bothering with the solder. Especially if you need to replace a 50$ screen to do this.
This cost between 35 and 25 pounds to do in the shops, parts on eBay are about five pounds, so if you can do this sort of thing, cool, if not it depends on how much the phone is worth
