We are Looking for something rural and neighbors that aren't so close. A property with at least 5-10 acres. The age of the home is not important. With a max budget of 350K, What area would you recommend?

@biscuits7039, great question! How far away do you want to be from major grocery stores, hospitals, etc? Many people go to Morgan County or Berkeley County to find homes that meet the criteria you mentioned. There are some remote areas there but you're not too far away from civilization. There were 47 homes with 5+ acres that sold between $200k and $350k in the last year in these locations.
