I'm aware that a lot of people have uploaded this already, however, I have looped it for your listening pleasure, and will try to do so with more themes. Thanks to eventhubs for uploading the picture and theme.

Had to comeback to this after watching Xmen' 97. Beautiful design.
I grew up with the X-men cartoon, but this is my favorite Storm design. I truly hoped we could get Storm & T’Challa’s relationship on the big screen.
She's basically Marvel's answer to Wonder Woman and has even beat her in a fan poll during the 90s, was the female lead of Marvel's comics for decades and was in nearly every Capcom-produced Marvel game, until Marvel and Capcom decided fans "don't remember the X-Men".

I like the themes of Morrigan, Trish, Chun-Li, Dormammu, Cammy, and Hsien-Ko, but this theme - I guess because it's so ethereal, and fits Storm so well because Atmokinesis is an ethereal kinetic power - is by far my favourite!!! If Storm turned evil....there would be no planet Earth...She'd make one heck of a boss in the video games!!

@BaronGrackle In Marvel Vs Capcom 2, they were four characters that were INSANELY powerful and able to pull off infinite (or near infinite) combos. They were nicknamed the "4 Gods" and were quite infamous for being "unfair" These characters were Cable, Magneto, Storm, and Sentinel. Granted, they were probably the most powerful Marvel characters running around at the time of MvC2, but...they were pretty broken.

@TheLaguzMaster Yup. Capcom does a good job with remixing the returning characters' old themes, since many gamers might have started with Marvel vs Capcom 1 and might have missed the previous games.

I hope they include some of this theme in Storm's Death Battle with Korra.
One of my top Five Favorite X-men, alongside Wolverine, Cyclops, Gambit and Rouge (OH and Shadowcat and Emma Frost Hell I love em all)
Nice remix from PSX game: X-MEN vs Street Fighter.
Not very many changes to Storm in Ultimate, but here they are anyway:
- New move, known as Fair or Foul Wind. This seems to be used to blow the opponent closer to her or away from her. I'd like to know exactly what this does.
- All of her hypers are mashable.

After listening to this theme for more time, I got to like it. It corrects all the WRONG the XvSF remix did.
I love the style of the songs and would really like to play this game. Too bad there's no PC or Wii version. Tatsunoko vs Capcom is fun.

Its up to opinion which one is better. I honestly prefer this one.
But as for Capcom's choice, the fact is when it came to Marvel character themes, they went with their last used theme (with Iron Man being a strange case due to War Machine taking his MvC1 theme and spot on the roster).

I like how this theme respects the previous style of MvC2 soundtrack while also combining it with the new style of MvC3, I think it's kind of genius. Not sure if it really sounded that way but atleast that is my opinion.

@TrueBackLash Intelligence 2 seems to be equivalant to "average human intelligence". Storms a clever girl yes, but shes standard in terms of IQ. Up there in 3 is She-Hulk, whos a lawyer, 4 is spidey who works in a lab occosionally, Chris at 5, able tooperate most kinds of computer mainframes with intensive gun operation knowledge. When you hit 6, your at the IQ level of geniuses and scientists, who make own weaponry and tech. At 7, you get characters like Tron who create armies of bots or forts
