This would have been an amazing podcast, except for the fact that Telle was horrible. He clearly was not prepared for this podcast, did not have his facts ready and not very convincing. Alot of ums, pauses. Cmon man! This is YOUR market! You should know it inside and out without stammer and a dubious look. Perhaps just nervous and not a great speaker? Other than that, STL is a GREAT market and I just feel somoene else could have probably presented STL in a stronger and better light. I love STL and Roofstock! Please do another podcast with someone else who is as enthusiastic about the STL real estate market as I am.
