Especially his last attack in his 18 ki kinda reminds me of ssj2 goku
His other animations are underwhelming as hell which sucks ass, but that 18ki is the best animation in the game

Definitely a night and day unit; A lot of their kit doesn’t really work well to let them build quickly and safely without being a liability after the guard fades; Plus their AS conditions aren’t the best; On the bright side once they transform they’re pretty much unstoppable; Overall a fusion of the 8 yr Lrs and STR super 17
i wouldn't really compare this vegito to super 17, sure he has an annoying AS condition but unlike super 17 he can actually live a super attack and get to that hp requirment. Him also being the perfect partner for the 5th year fusions also adds up to his amazing value
Think about them as a older unit being a floater. 1st turn float them off to turn 4 still having guard, then float again to turn 7 for transformation to tank slot 1. If they are in turn 2 then float them, the guard will still be up and turn 7 will be right around the corner.
@@searchingforname5254 You’re still sacrificing potential builds of this units stats just to get to a rotation that in most cases, would probably lead to the end of the battle. It’s pointless to create these late turn units for content that can mostly be finished before than they can even transform.

But having these AS restrictions that fail in a practical sense for the current meta in which they’re created is the exact reason certain units like Super 17 or even WT23 Goku gets scrutiny. What’s the point of these features if they’re rarely used in the current meta?

Ngl Zamasu feels way better, these two their stats are too low the fact they didn't give greatly raise and raise both stats for 18 and 12 ki. Massively hold this unit back. Like vegito is the LR VB 3.0 but getting him isnt gonna be common at all

So team wise vegito got that down no competition but abilities wise zamasu seems to blow vegito out of the water,dang surprised they made zamasu more powerful than vegito. He’s still good tho but zamasu is like mega busted,just needs a good team

They are totally super 17 with a little less restrictions. A lil bit easier to fuse, but still pretty mid in base form.
They're probably made with new content in mind in which getting below 70% hp is easy and long enough to reach transformation

okay i'm not trying to downplay the hype because this is a very exciting release (especially animations), but the defensive numbers (for being at 100% btw) are not looking too good, and the conditions to get vegito out are really fishy. vegito also doesn't look extremely flexible since he loses all of his reduction in any other slot alongside his dodge and drops to 20% reduction after attacking. not entirely sure on how to feel about the design of this unit

Zamas on the other hand got the damage and defense before his domain from turn 1
most of his value comes from slot 1, but that's his major issue. he can't really go to any other slot without risk of taking a lot of damage. vegito is competing with a lot of other characters for slot 1 (INT T&V, INT FP SSJ4, WT goku etc etc), and if you ever have to move him out of slot 1 you're sitting with raw stats only to work with. pre-transformation isn't really that good, and past turn 5 you're guaranteed to die if you keep them out for too long. imagine if you revive the turn before they come back onto rotation, or if you heal over the threshold; you are stuck with no guard on a character boasting 300k defense. you're also not seeing vegito for 90% of the fight thanks to the turn 5 restriction, so you'll be stuck seeing them for a heavy portion of the battle.@@KonnoKonKio
