I like this color scheme, a good balance with the wild orange coupe. The 765LT in either iteration is a legend. Nothing else is as raw and exciting however as top down with a monster engine screaming in your ear. Spyder takes the Cake!

People always say you don't need more than 500 horsepower but I love how these 700 horsepower machines always make thesame people smile 😁
David I think 700 horsepower is enough for the street. Anything more than that is a drag racer and I like performance. Keep up the great work.
They’re far more than 700hp, they have 765whp and around 850bhp, which is why it is a monster!

Since Tesla launched their latest milk float that'll hit 60mph in 2.9s, I'd say you want 700bhp plus just to avoid being done at the lights by an estate agent on his way to Tesco.
Honestly, I don't know where else or how else Mclaren can take the 720s series further than this. With the announcement of the Artura, the only way I can see it be more ridicilous is by adding electric motors on top of the 765bhp engine. In terms of spec, Nardo Orange, carbon fiber accents all over, with the interior being the same as this car but with more orange accents in the interior such as the head rest where it says "765lt" etc

I did mine in what McLaren calls "Supernova silver". CarScoops did a review on it with photos so it's a very different take compared to orange; personally I prefer it but to each their own. The car is imo the ultimate high water mark of ICE cars.
If not 720s you never see others McLaren like 750s 765lt so 720s key 🗝️ of McLaren

I am not discussing performance here. I am referring to driving dynamics. Even Road & Track stated, "the SF90 is all about performance. Not engagement." But if you want to talk "performance," the 765LT has posted better numbers than the SF90. It has done 9.3s 1/4 @ 151mph. It just hasn't done it in a match-up against the SF90.

The McLaren senna has become a blueprint for McLaren tuning.

In USA 765lt stock hit 9 sec drag better that 750s plus i saw video of novitec 2 years 555k view of SF 90 novitec and this one year one million views so now you understand the true of McLaren who is King of all

I absolutely love this car. Comparing with the SF90 Spider, the LC500 hybrid inspirational series, and I want this exact car, but with the Lexus atomic silver paint job and maroon red accents vice the orange, keeping all the Novitec CF specs, air vented hood, adding CF on all 4 pipes, and all... McLaren, Novitec... I need this in my life 💯
No comparison between this and the SF90. The lightness, steering, predictability, and handling can’t be matched with the nearly half ton heavier SF90. And on top of it, the 765LT traps the 1/4 at 153MPH….. no SF90 has been able to match that meaning the top end pull can’t be matched by the Ferrari but most importantly the styling of the 765 LT doesn’t look like a glorified C8 Corvette

What I would if I were ordering one for myself, Body-A Dark Green, Change the seats, Wheels A Bushed Metal with a clear coat, the best non carbon breaks and the Exhaust I'm not a fan of the unnecessary Popping. I don't want a youtube car if you get my point. and a hard top is a must.

McLaren should make a GTR variant of this. Wider tyres and more downforce, maybe more power but some tests already show that it can apparently reach 800+ horsepower.
My only complaint for these type of cars would be the dash/center console. If I’m paying that price for it, I’d expect a good looking dash/center. All we get nowadays with these cars is a tablet and some buttons 🙄

Top speed of 330KPH? I call bullshit, novitec has a video of dude taking an Orange 765LT onto the highway, car climbed up from 100KPH-250 in like 6 seconds, and I highly doubt the car had any serious modifications other than an ECU tune, downpipes and a custom exhaust. I'd say the top speed of the car stock is more like 210-218mph (close 340-360KPH)
The 720S has the original longer ratio gearbox that takes it up to 218mph - the 765LT has 15% quicker acceleration gain from a shorter ratio box topping out at 205mph
Please do an Autobahn run on this masterpiece

I am a fan of the Novitec exhaust systems, especially on Ferrari 812! But in all honesty, some cars are perfect just as they left the factory
and the 765LT is one of those cars! Also remember that MCLAREN MSO team can pretty much custom your car anyway you want as long as your pockets are deep enough! So why bother with third party mods with this specific beauty!? You'll never know what im talking about unless if you actually were lucky enough to drive one!!! Just being honest.

You didn't leave much to be explored for analogies, but I will say that McLaren keeps front and center the weight issue, which is the bane of all things performance. Years and years ago, I had a supercar checklist, power figures, downforce, the all important headroom which unfortunately heavily restricts what ends up in the driveway, etc. Getting the weight as close to or under 2700lbs. seems almost impossible these days, even with all the exotic materials available. Twenty nine and a bit seems very fair, especially for a curb weight!
Personally, I like either slightly understated colors with a bit of panache in highlights, like charcoal grey metallic with burnt bronze or black suede and crimson pearl reds. Ironically, it seems to make your car invisible on the road, even when adorned to a truck with a six inch lift that blots out the sun in the rear view mirror. That is certainly one area where a 'shouty' exhaust comes in handy!
"How did you not see me?!" Bark of the exhaust gets their attention off their damned phones and back where it should be!
