It doesn't if they don't include one but showing a bad kiss scene with awkwardness between the leads and bad direction as well can make alot of difference. I have seen some of her dramas and sometimes bad kiss scenes can make you bored. Because if they're showing, either show it a good one. At least in direction wise and overall look wise, otherwise I prefer to have none kissing scene. Kiss scenes in romance dramas shows chemistry between the leads. But again, it depends on every individual opinion.
