Student Loses Goggles on First Jump - Category A - AFF Happens

First off, we should have deployed for the student as soon as it was obvious the goggles were not staying on, this was a first (beer fine paid) for both instructors. That being said, the student had no way to become altitude aware and the instructors should be stopped the dive flow right there. Category A is the very first jump a student goes on with their own equipment, not physically attached to an instructor.
