I have to say, I am loving the primary on the main level, rather than the second level. My previous home had the primary upstairs and my 40 year old self, was constantly huffing and puffing throughout the day because I always had to run downstairs after forgeting something, whenever I went upstairs.

Beautiful house and that backyard is also plus for this property.
I love all the natural lighting in this house. I wish the bathrooms had windows though. I prefer the primary upstairs so it feels safer sleeping with the windows open all night.

Nice home I prefer the primary downstairs. As you get older you will appreciate it more. Also God for bid if you have major surgery. I think long-term not short-term.

Great house! I love the fact the primary is upstairs lol better flow when it comes to energy. I think that bottom room should be the guest suite as a whole inc that living room its perf. Beautiful home. I love the Farmhouse style and I love Toll Brothers. This is a lovely home. I do prefer the primary to be on the main floor. I think they put it upstairs in this home bc of the in-law suite downstairs.
I do have a question tho, Marcus. Can ppl opt to buy all the staging decor with the purchase of the house??
Glad you liked this home Rachelle!!! Great question, absolutely! When the model is put up for sale, often times they include the furniture with the sale. It is perfect because imagine moving into your home and barely having to move anything else in 👏🏼 That’s a WIN! Lol

Nice house!!!! I will say Georgia is killing Texas when it comes to lot size!!! As big as Texas is, they're stingy with the land. Georgia is pretty generous!!! I don't love the fact that the primary bedroom is upstairs. I wished the utility room was bigger. I did not like that accent tile walls at all!!! Those look cheap, and no actual thought was put into it. I grade this house 9/10.
