Actually you don’t need to refine civ gear to get the march sped ups. All you you need is to take a low level blue scrolls ( iron ring for example) and just refine it very fast without locking. You will only need 1 refining stone and 10k gold per refine and no gems!
You can accomplish the refining events, most of them, with refining the blue gear that only needs 1 refining stones to use. Do that 100 or so times and you've essentially lost 1 ach gear refine but gain all the rewards! Best gains are with Kings Path. You gain more refining stones than you use. Don't waste on high level gear when you don't have to ;)
Who are we kidding? They’re making so much money and not fixing anything. Why would they bother to fix anything that cost them money people will continue to spend because of their addictions and things will never get better.
