Nice Job. I like the wood work that you've created there. I use the "working" chests next to my workstations as well. Comes in quite handy when you're planning on spending some serious time leveling a crafting skill. Good job indeed.
@@LatoTheMMOVeteran The first beta playtest I participated in, I built a house on one plot. It works until you get further into crafting and need the massive crafting machines. I'm not sure how viable one plot will be if you are playing solo (which is what I'm doing). I'm sure one could make it work, but it would be a tight fit.
@@kizmargaming I’ve been playing mostly solo since the start of early access and tested building on a single plot. It’s sufficient to meet the needs of at least a small clan, including all the necessary machines and hundreds of containers, without feeling cramped. The key is to plan the construction wisely
This looks awesome great looking house very well done. Sadly I learned this is going to be a subscription based game and has turned me away from it. I don't mind buying things to support a game but I'm not going to rent a game I already bought so i can keep playing. Hopefully the game can make it and survive but I don't see them being a big game with a large player base with it being subscription based.
Thank you. I agree that this probably won’t be a massive game. That’s kind of why I paid to play it during early access. It’s one fee to play until it’s live.
The issue of game fees has not been finalized yet. A fixed monthly subscription fee is a possibility. It’s also possible that a one-time purchase will suffice. Another idea being considered is setting the subscription fee based on the number of plots owned. Additionally, there might be an option to pay the subscription with in-game currency, similar to the system in EVE Online.
I'm probably the wrong person to ask about combat. I don't PVP, and the combat against NPCs is... good enough, I suppose. There were some issues with blocking, but I think they fixed that. IIRC, they've already released a patch that had combat changes, and I'm not sure what else (if anything) they plan on changing.
@kizmargaming I realized it. Thank you. It's only a PC game right now. I cannot play on a PC. I have motion sickness. I have tried almost everything to cure that. The last thing to try is connect the PC to the TV. It will work, but idk if it would stop making me woozie. Anyways, Thank You again.
thanks for the vid. i love the housing and crafting ideas on this game. but the pvp. and the fact they delete the houses if you leave the game for a few months, turned me off. wurm online you build a place. and pay ingame silver for upkeep. i pre pay 2 real years for my land and never have to worry about it being gone when i come back from a 6 month break. i hope pax dei once it releases will have better details to the home owning. allow players to just pay for months or yr up keep. but anways . i was wondering what the houses looked like so thank you. it does look really cool.
The housing thing is definitely something to keep an eye on. So far they’ve only wiped plots that only had a few things on them. If you built a full house it would be safe. Least that’s how things stand so far with early access. Who knows how they’ll handle it when it’s live. I totally avoid PVP too, not my thing. Love everything else about this game.
@ sorry was trying to make a joke about how the plot sizes are extremely small and you need an entire country of people in a clan of somesort to be able to build something bigger then a shed within the game
Ohh, lol, yeah… the plot sizes wouldn’t be terrible if it wasn’t for giant crafting machines. I think that’s by design, to incentivize joining a guild.
@@kizmargaming yeah I just personally believe that paying 40 bucks for a game you promise freedom to do what you want in but not being able to have the freedom to do anything yourself sucks.

very beautiful looking base. well done
Very tastefully arranged
Very nice looks nice
That's a very beautiful house. How many plots is it built on?
It was built on 3, but I do have 4 plots. I think one of the large furnaces is on the 4th plot, and that's about it.
@@kizmargaming That's what I thought, although I personally prefer houses that fit on a single plot.

What cpu / gpu combo are you running? Looks great!
CPU: 11th Gen Intel i7 3.6GHz -- GPU: NVIDIA 4070 Ti Super. I decided to upgrade my video card a while back because of this game. 😆

I'll be curious to see what they land on. For me, it'll make or break continuing the game after early access.
So other people cant steal ur stuff? Or go in ur house?
People can walk in and look around, but game security doesn't allow them to open containers unless they are specifically set to "public".
Thanks for your response! And is there something like raiding? Destroying someones house like in rust?
Nope. At least for now, when you build in the home areas, plots are safe.
What do you think about the combat in future?

You had to have had over 10000 people to get that much space to build a house of that size
Huh?
