Mmm.. can riding my bike be considered leg day??? I have back problems. So doing squats can be bad.. and doing deadlift = dead no lift. 🥺
I ride my bike as part of a weekly group of people that get together and ride around the city for 10-15 miles.its a community builder thing.
.I incorporate that into my training..If you have a bad back you can do different leg press machines,leg extensions,goblet(dumbell) squats.. Of course different leg curls and the inner and outer leg/thigh abduction machine..no one says squats are the only thing( except for this video)..and if you did do squats use a lighter weight..it's intensity and time under tension that helps build muscle..

You stop the juicy in your body...and you not only stop the growth, but you go back where your were, or even before...Therefore, you are going to depend on roids to keep up your volume and shape....At the end of the road, your heart and kidney will also grow to support all this vascularity and size, your kidneys will be filtering all the shit you ate as well as all catabolic and metabolic waste. Thus, you will have nice legs oh yeah for about 7 to10 years, but you will pay for that from age 50 up until you die...Probably way before 65....
Most of these guys do half Reps none of them do full range of motion. They’re all doing it wrong have reps should be just to get some extra blood into the muscle full range of motion.

You look at the old time bodybuilders all of them used full range of motion. I guess the drugs are better these days that these guys can all do Half reps guys like like branch warren very poor form. Sometimes if you watch she handles weights that are way too heavy for him and his form is terrible. Of course he’s not the only bodybuilder that’s formed is terrible. There are lots of them, but I guess their cycles are really good so they keep. Growing

Nobody needs to squat, 800 pounds put 200 pounds on the bar try to squat as many times as you possibly can and you’ll destroy your legs. You will get so much blood flow through your legs and they will grow.

One of the dumbest exercises ever, Follow any body builder and somewhere they will talk about how they injured their lower back , knees or spine doing what? oh yeah that's right squats. Cuttler talks about how he injured his lower back and he doesn't do them today, Coleman crap read this what do you think caused this? After another spinal surgery attempt to relieve pressure and pain, the screws in his back snapped. This also caused the bones in that area to break as well. This compounding issue led to some of the worst pain that Ronnie had ever felt in his life. He eventually lost the feeling in his legs and the ability to walk.
You’re right if you’re going to continue to do five 600 pound squats sure you’re going to get injured eventually if you put 300 pounds or white you’re comfortable with and do high volume you’ll be fine
Tom is too damn narrow-minded sometimes you just have to lean forward when you do squat it depends how you're built or else your knees get destroyed!
