QB12 said Doubs will learn from his mistake on this play. Romeo is in the end zone and must craddle the ball with two arms as he goes to the ground. Doubs mistake was that he took one arm off the ball to break his landing.
If you look up the definition of a catch. The player has too make a football move. Tucking the ball is considered a football move. Doubs tucked the ball into his left arm. Ground caused the fumble. Should of been a catch in my opinion.
It was a catch. They put too much emphasis on the ground part. It was a catch fumble and recovery of a fumble. The refs know they can call it a dropped pas’s because no one knows the rules.
So apparently you can't recover a fumble in the endzone??? Hmmm yet I just watched another player on a different team reach like super man the ball pops out and he recovered it in the endzone and it was ruled a TD
@@llpwatson no. Most people think it’s harder to get a catch ruled in the endzone and it is. If it wouldn’t even pass as a catch on the field, there’s no way it would pass in the endzone. You are wrong. Plain and simple. This is nowhere even close to Dez’s catch. And I’m a packers fan. I live and hour from Lambeau. This was definitely a drop. No controversy whatsoever
@@cameronschmit6472 he pulled the ball in with two hands. He under his on power switch the ball to his left arm and pulled it in. That ball didn’t move until he hit the ground. The ground caused a fumble and if you read the rules you can not disqualify this catch. The refs feel safe calling it a drip and everyone moves on because since the ball was eventually lost it doesn’t look good. I didn’t say it was close to the Dez catch but I did feel like Dez caught it and fumbled. The week before Dallas’ opponent caught a pass across the middle that was also ruled not a catch. I hate Dallas and I’m not a packers fan at all. I just read rules because that’s what I do for a living. Football move was when he got two feet down and pulled the ball in. Easily lncomplete. Don't see much of a an argument against it. For years they've been saying you have to hold onto it all the way into, and after, hitting the ground. It ain't rocket surgery.
@@silvernblackattach I’m with you! I think Doubbs obviously dropped it. Which is fine it’s a tough catch I don’t blame him. I’m not gonna tweet at him. It’s nowhere near as egregious as Dez’s.

Exactly . It’s bullshit

Drivel. He has to control it all the way into, and after, contact with the ground. He did not. Easy call.
But Moore just did the same thing on TNF phi @ hou and it's apparently a touchdown 🤦

Let the Cowboys fans decide if it's a catch or not 🤣
What happened to the ground can’t cause a fumble
Yk that doesn’t pertain to us
ground cant cause a fumble, however it can cause an incompletion.
@@henryohse1 in the old rule. They changed it.
A fumble isn't an incomplete pass... Stop crying
Needs to have control the whole way esp in th3 end zone
Should have been a touchdown. Caught it. Took 2 stepped and then was tackled to the ground and it came out
That’s a touchdown

Idk why, but it’s obviously to me it was a drop. If that happened on the 50 yard line it would be a drop too
That’s the thing it didn’t happen on the 50 it in the end zone where it’s an immediate touch down once the ball crosses the endzone. It was a catch.

Lmao all these packers fans saying it was a catch yet when dez did it it was incompletion
I’m not a packers fan. I hate the cowboys and that Dez play was a catch also.
And even if they called de Bryant a catch rodgers still would have drove them down the field and won. He owns the cowboys
It was a touchdown wtf
