I liked the inquisitor in obey wan as well. IN this it starts with the fight with the Jedi where the Hero seems to be evil and somehow kills a Jedi with a slow obvious trick after a clumsy fight that she doesn't even seem to have any combat skills. But of course she kills a jedi withe a 3-inch blade, while Jedi have proven to survive, space, lava, falls of unknown heights, bisection. A bowcaster(stronger then a blasters supposedly) to the chest (I'm sorry arms should have been ripped off and used as bludgeons), Combat against clone troopers and Anikin(Asoka). but yea this Jedi must off decide to go like Ben, and sky walker and decide embrace death to join the force... or is one knife harder to see with the force the then the near gatling guns on 2 destroyed droids?????
She was starting to slowly grow on me despite the horrid fight and story they started with, but then she was the villain of the show and the hero, (with the recycled the Jedi only took one of us) so I already was seeing the Both protagonist and the plot all in episode one. I found them all lacking in grabbing my attention. It was an easy "yea... not watching this."

Complaining about "review bombing" is so weird. If people aren't using bots or reviewing multiple times, one review per person, what's the problem? Those are people's legitimate opinions. Just because it's the majority opinion it's suddenly "bombing"? Which is of course an implication that the opinions are not genuine/valid, and it's just a troll for fun/purely cynical political reasons rather than it truly being a bad piece of media.
Essentially saying its a manufactured coordinated opposition to the piece of media rather than a genuine grassroots dislike of it. Which is ironically, more along the lines of what THEY do. Ignore the common public's opinion, use institutional power (such as IGN) to try and force their minority opinion on the majority.

SSKTJL got about 13k max players, Wukong has above 2 million, and they’ll try to tell us the overblown fanfic with a big IP attached is better than a love project based on a legend.
Bought the game today and played it for two hours. I'm complete noob at action RPG and all I can say is I'm utterly amazed. It's smooth, challenging, but not as nearly as punishing as Dark Souls. Would recommend 10/10. Oh, yeah, it looks beautiful, true next gen.

Something I noticed that these 'people' never seem to understand: Diversity is...let's call it 'seasoning' to a story or a character.
For example: Benjamin Sisko. Yes, he was black...but that wasn't his only characteristic. He was a widower, a family man, a father, a boxer, a cook (there is a difference), a negotiator, a soldier, a commander (not the rank itself, a leader), a explorer...I can go on and on. My point: being Black was extra...they could have given the role to David Bowie and he would make *a* version of Sisko.
These projects these children (and yes, throwing a temper-tantrum makes you a child in my book) look foolish and petty. Hearing all of this, all I can say is this: You made your bed...lay in it.

Ahsoka definitely earned her spot, though she did have a rough start too. It was seeing her fail and learn from her mistakes is how the fans started to like her.

For me, it failed because it was just a terrible show that completely smears George Lucas' original work and many fans know that. Terrible writing, terrible actress portraying not just one but TWO dreadfully made characters. I don't care if there's gay stuff involved, or if the actors and actresses are different races and genders because if there's a series that has been super diverse, it's definitely series like Star Wars with a TON of different races and species of people. IT WAS ALREADY "DIVERSE", THIS SHOW DIDN'T PUSH ANYTHING NEW THERE. The only new diversity here were the many diverse ways to make a TERRIBLE SHOW. Hell we have indie stuff happening on youtube like Lackadaisy, Helluva Boss, The Amazing Digital Circus, and Hazbin Hotel that managed to grab people's attention in a single episode and they have a fraction of the money and talent this company had. Several of which also being very LGBT friendly.

Or that Leia is pretty much the reason the Ewoks didn't just go full murder-bear on the gang after they got captured in RotJ? Bigotry is real, but criticizing garbage writing that's worse than any fanfic ever created and goes out of it's way to shit on the legacy of established characters (a trend Disney's Star Wars can't seem to help itself with) isn't bigotry, it's absolutely well deserved criticism.
Even in the pre-Disney EU content of Star Wars, some the most absolute badass/memorable characters were female. Mara Jade, Jaina Solo, Tenel Ka, Saba Sebatyne, Winter, Tahiri Veila, etc.. carried the good guys through half the god damn novels because they were such epic characters. The Disney trilogy should have given us Jaina Solo instead of Rey "identity theft' Skywalker. Even on the bad guys side, a lot of the most effective villains were women. Shira Brie/Lumiya, Vergere, Admiral Daala (who begins as an antagonist and later ends up a good guy, mostly), Ysanne Isard, Abeloth, etc.. And those are just specific characters I can pull off the top of my head, even though it's been at least 7-8 years since the last time I read one of the Star Wars novels. That's how fantastic and memorable the female characters were, and that's not even bothering to get into any of the characters from any of the video games we got along the way......
Well beloved series like Star Wars, the Witcher, Halo, etc are getting ruined by people who think that they can do better and input their politics into the product. It’s insane how these shows are backed by millions and millions of dollars but _ALWAYS_ end up in the hands of incompetent people 🤦♂️

The show was NOT made for Star Wars fans, it was a feminist's dream project because it was tied to the Star Wars name - they sought to make money off of the Star Wars name, subvert the fandom, while only anecdotally promoting feminism. Let's just clarify that again - the primary goal was to make money OFF OF the Star Wars name, while the secondary goal was to piss off the normal fans, and the third goal was to promote feminism. Their goal was NOT to make a good Star Wars story or advance the lore, their goal was literally to piss off the normal fans and promote a political agenda, while making money off of the franchise name - all in an effort to show that feminists COULD do it.
On top of that, as a black male, I don't need a white female to tell me that they only wanted to appease a white male audience. Most men and women didn't want this show and didn't really care for it once it aired and they saw the very weird, and poorly written story, let alone the bad acting and the fan hate that was put out publicly.
