Absolutely beautiful practice, I have been doing qi gong for a while but no teacher ever emphasised that trying too hard would actually stagnate the qi, and relaxing made it flow more smoothly! great tip - i could hear my stomach and spleen saying 'thank you'

A friend of mine lost his spleen in Vietnam. His liver now carries out the Spleen's functions, which is ironic considering that it was overacting on the Spleen all the time when the poor guy was still around. Anyway, long story short, Damien, my friend wants to know if you will release one of these for the Liver? I told him to just do the Kidney one, but he wanted me to ask anyway. Cheers
I have a lot of decades long issues in this area and have been doing this daily but it’s making me sick and flare up - is it possible to be clearing out? Also getting a lot of emotion come up is that normal and do I just keep going? Also is it ok to do everyday?
It’s quite normal yes, but if it is too strong, seek out a qualified teacher near you and practice under their supervision; they may be able to make some adjustments that will make it smoother :)
@@LotusNeiGong Thanks. It was too strong and I have stopped. I think maybe I have some ptsd stored there bc so much anxiety coming out and my digestion gone awry.

What type of cushion do you use if you dont mind me asking. It looks much higher, and more comfortable then what I use.
