As people on the ground, who live in Zimbabwe 24/7, I can 100% attest to what Mutarisi was saying. The power cuts are too much especially for some of us who rely on electricity for their day to day work. And keeping up with generators is no child's play, the expenses and all. You get to work as early as 7am and already there's no power, you leave around 7pm still there's no power. On that issue I think our government needs to improve on such matters.
