I purchased a townhouse in Portovela development in nuevo Vallarta, paid 3 million pesos and I recently was offered 5.7 million pesos for it. Couldn’t believe the equity it’s built up…
Freddy - Your timing was perfect. However even for those who haven't bought yet, Nuevo Vallarta (now called Nuevo Nayarit) is still a good choice because of its expected continued growth. The area will soon see the Vidanta Theme Park come on line, plus a new highway which will increase access from areas in and around Guadalajara
@@GaryShirkPV good to know thank you.. the theme park was actually the main reason why I decided to make the move. I’m sure that the Park is going to track a whole lot of tourist.
As I was wondering before, will people be scared off in general, especially expats and snowbirds, because of the possibility of military action by the US against the cartels?
We are amazed at how many homes in El Centro are offered at above $1m usd with such little inventory. Keep us updated!
Will do! By the way we enjoyed your recent video, especially your side trip to Versalles. That's in our neck of the woods
@@GaryShirkPV Thanks! On our last video we had no plan and it came together well. Those types of vids seem to be the best for us.
Thank you, BOSS!! For a future investor, this sounds like great news.
I'm glad you find it helpful! @MrBigSRT

You’ll be fine. Mind your business and and everything will be fine. They normally stay far from the tourist.
