A basic explanation would be: an inverted chord is a chord, where its root note, it’s lowest note, is different than the chord name. So if you play a C chord with C being the lowest note in the chord, then that is not inverted. But say you play a C chord starting with the second note in the chord. The notes in C chord are C, E, G so the first inverted chord then starts with E, and then G and C. It’s a fancy way of saying you can play the same notes in many different places on the guitar neck and that just because it is a C chord doesn’t mean you need to start with a C note. It’s easier to picture on a piano first in my opinion but it’s all the same and it’s all music. I hope that helps a little bit.

Thank you Isaac for the effort you are making to teach seben to the world.May I suggest using guitar tabs for non french speaking guitar players who have intermediate to advanced level skills to make the learning process faster for us.....your english is not bad at all by the way. I learnt how to play by ear and guitar tabs will help people like me to learn, practice and memorize seben faster... Merci!

Can I really play Seben guitar finger-style? I can't seem to play with the pick well. I feel like a beginner when using a pick since from the start I stated paying classical guitar finger style.
