Yo just wondering why are you having the tank getting the spread aoe also get the soak instead of reactively taunt swapping ? Or is the difference in tank damage negligable
There are basically 2 ways to handle the tank swap on this boss. The way you are thinking of, and the way we did it. Our logic is that the tank is going to run out their tank explosion and they will also take a set of lava waves with them. That way there is less near the boss to dodge. Also the tank who is tanking the boss during the lava waves does not need to worry about positioning his own, he can just keep the boss dead still and let the DPS do their thing.
