VoicePlay was touring constantly until Covid - when that dried up, they started doing these videos and it's worked well for them. Given that the three older men all have young children at home, they haven't gone back to regular touring. They did show up for several nights with Chicago, and they occasionally do performances in the Orlando area where they're based. Geoff Castellucci, the bass, also has his own channel, and his material is also spectacular. I love the creativity they show - and everything they release is top notch.
VoicePlay is by far my favorite acapella group and Geoff is my favorite bass singer! They are not only incredibly talented but they are soooo creative. I hope you will continue reacting to them! ❤
Yo if you like VoicePlay and Geoff then check out Home Free! They are a country based acapella group! Tim Foust is their bass singer and can go from earthquaking bass to a glass breaking pitch! That is a wide vocal range!
And Leo, you should check them out too!
@@tinishawilkins2764 I’m very familiar with Home Free and I like VoicePlay and Geoff way better. 😅 Geoff and Tim have about the same range but Geoff has more resonance in his voice and has a wider chest range.

They're phenomenal, world class.
Caesar is a baritone that can get WAY up there. See their cover of "Dream On".
Eli (pronounced like "jelly") has a voice capable of going so high that he hits Whitney Houston notes. Especially in their cover of "Valhalla Calling".
Geoff's (Jeff) bass is like no other. In "Valhalla Calling", "Oogie Boogie", and many others, he just gets deeper and deeper. And he can go as high as Caesar.
Layne is a world class beatboxer and violin player. Check out "Nothing Else Matters" or "Warriors".
They've changed a few members over the years. J-None is currently serving in the Navy but is a former member who, when on leave, will do videos with them. He really shines in Valhalla Calling, the Little Mermaid Medley, Tennessee Whiskey, and Bridge Over Troubled Waters.
It's a VERY deep rabbit hole, like that of Pentatonix or Home Free. But Voiceplay is absolutely worth it.

They do almost everything themselves. They're not signed to any record label.
They do the lighting, set design, musical arrangement, digital work, etc.

In my opinion, VoicePlay are always good, regardless of which kind of song they are performing. But this song in particular was, for me, as outstanding has it had been to you. Have heard it about two dozen times or more and still haven't grown tired of it.
Another a cappella group you may want to check out is The Bass Gang - 4 guys from 3 different parts of the world (USA, Europe, Africa), all bass singers with amazing talent. I know they don't tour and neither does VoicePlay. Home Free has 9 more tour dates this year, most of them Country Music fests or at the Opry, plus a week long country music cruise next January.
On RUclips, you will definitely find a lot of opinions of the big three in a cappella being the same as yours. Who is their favorite tends to vary, but their top three tend to list who you said.

Say it as Garjoola. It's an Italian name. VoicePlay are an independent group, not with any recording label. So there is never any problem with copyright. They stand out from other a capella groups by often being very theatrical in their videos. VoicePlay stopped touring because of the lockdown during the pandemic and now concentrate on making videos in their own studios.
Voctave is a large a cappella group that has a lot of great stuff, there is also The Bass Gang, a fairly new group but they do some great stuff that will blow your mind.
Their cover of Phil Collins' In The Air Tonight is super too.
