City Lit Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service

RAD are pleased to announce that we are working with City Lit to provide an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service for the deaf or hard of hearing community, living in London.
Drop-in service: Tuesdays | 10am-4pm
Student Centre on Mezzanine floor, 1-10 Keeley Street, Covent Garden, London WC2B 4BA
This is a free service. We can support with:
-Filling in forms for benefits and more
-Making telephone calls
-Translating English into British Sign Language (BSL)
-Understanding bills, such as water and energy bills
-Contacting local councils
-Signposting to specialist support services
-And much more!
