Maybe put foamisolation that are used on indoor pipes (rörisolering) on the edge of the top lids. That will keep the lids from ratteling and maybe you will not need a cutterpin.
Its pritty small, not sure about the long travels on comfort, but on savety its absolute great how he bilds his boats this way, its like a sub in the sun. I do find it a bit risky when there is old fishing nets floating half under water when he flips, what will you do at that moment. Will the boat straight up again at that moment. The chance is verry small the 2 come together, but when it does there is a risk.
Curious what Rolf Eliasson thought of the Recreational Craft Directive. If I understand he helped designed the STIX formula which is used to categorize the stability of yachts. And did you mention he helped you with calculations for the Bris design? I'm looking at the STIX formula and it seems that it emphasizes the length of the boat particularly.
The Recreational Craft directive is a trade barrier mostly demanded by French to keep the cheaper US boats from the market. To sell more expensive bigger boats they also took the opportunity to demand more lenght. Boats must be long.
Lovely Video Sven! Please keep sharing your life experience with us this way...

I think that this design could even have a small jib sail at the front.
I hope you do get them to change the rules, hopefully to something sensible based on ratio's rather than fixed values 🤞
