Disabling print spooler might cause issue with save file as pdf from microsoft word or excel or maybe some others so just in case if you face this problem you know what to do.

I recommend that you give more details about the registry and its content because playing around with registry is dangerous so myself I didn't do the registry part unless there's a sufficient explanations about them.

U CAN EVEN DISABLE BEST APPEARENCE TO PERFORMANCE
simply by searching performance
u will see (adjust the appearence and performance for windows)
open that in that set it adjust for best performance
and u can even optimize ur drivees if u have an hdd
search defrag and select degragment and optimize drives
open that click optimise only on hdd drives

Bro turning off personalized ads don't actually turn off adds in your system , when u turn it off the native apps and other programmes will show adds that are irrelevant to you

Edit: Don't disable the services in msconfig otherwise your scrolling option will get disabled.

Go to msconfig there check ✅ box hide microsoft service then look for your touch pad service check that box and enable it and restart it will work

Stopping touch keyboard and handwriting in services is not recommended. The problem occured is you cannot type in windows powershell, cmd and windows terminal.
