I used to think everybody went broke during the Great Depression and other major crashes but they didn’t… Some made millions, I also thought everybody went out of business during these times but they didn’t, some went into business, there's always depression/recession for some people and there's always a good time for others, it's all about perspective.
I agree that there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience since the 08' crash

I've literally been thinking about market turbulence for 1 year now and a lot of my colleagues like you wouldn't know what to do because perhaps, is the first bear market for them, hitting an all time high and now so many losses they might even scream, but then have you tried to consult a CFA to establish a diversification plan adapted to increase your portfolio earnings and give you enough security handling your assets? Basically, I made my first double figure profit in a time of high Fed pivots, you should consider investing in mutual funds like Vanguard, Schwabs, or Fidelity. Crypto is also good because the returns are quite high, but to be on the safe side. Choose stock-based mutual funds
I have been on the look out for a good CFA who would give a diversified approach on my assets to yield more income because I am about to retire. do you know how dumb it sound when you say the valuation of a trading tracking and journaling tool worth 100 million . i looked at that, you only one computer science fresh graduate and give him couple days to come up with something like that . And to his trading, when you trade long enough, meet a lot of real traders, you immediately know this guy is a complete BS. trading involves a lot of hard work - pattern observation/data gathering etc etc, is almost like engineering or doing science experiments. i am not promoting youtube channel from real traders so just check out a casual interview from engineer or scientist , and you can feel the vibes. I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio of $450k dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.
I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 2.8million.

I think it’s brilliant to use brokerage advisor for investing! Prior to speaking with an advisor I was actually suffering an investing nightmare during the economic crash in March 2020. In summary, with the help of my advisor, I have so far grown my initial $120k investment to over $550k

Spot on! He is a fraud! Scamming people, selling them overpriced courses, this is how he makes his money. Like you I am in a family office space, I ran a biggest family office for the prominent Emirati family, an ex prop trader myself. There are so many scammers in this space, claiming false riches, it is incredible!
You don't know about him. He is a trader and he has planned to start a trading floor which he plans not to raise money outside rather have it like a family office. Why do you really think you will his AUM if his trading floor has not even started yet. I have following him for last 2-3 years he post his live accounts and for your information he doesn't sell any course
