How about my ribs and back , i hurt myself lifting under water i thought I was safe, now, i have a hard time getting up from bed to pee, but, because of thetions ,i want lye and moce more somatic ally, but, standing up after is sometimes more challanging. i might see what i can do with this, my shoulders upper body is strong enough, yet , any thoughts what you think about or have in your" arsonal movements", Ben
What if I'm a turtle? I can't roll over. It took me 10 minutes to roll over. Note: this was because of panic. I can do this normally if I fall intentionally.
Start with the building blocks. Just practice swinging your leg across your body until your body just starts to roll over. Gradually increase the range of motion until you’re comfortable going all the way over.
It's not a matter of strength but being able to bend over and touch the ground with strait knees. How many people with bad knees can do that? How many people with good knees can do that. Nice for a video but what's the point?
Bad knees are largely a misnomer. My point is that people look for a magic technique that will make up for insufficient knee range of motion. There isn’t such a thing. The solution is to improve knee range of motion.

Without knowing more specifics issues with the Tensor Fascia Latae, illiacus, and psoas muscles can all make standing up challenging.
