      @@Ishantbhati1 Im old man almost like Logan and got backache but as former Taekwondo master ex-military personnel, I could take you down less than 15 seconds (not on the ring but in kill to kill, real fight with no rules no boundaries) You should not disrespect people like that not even internet. If you keep doing that, someone else will do my job to teach you lesson.

    Envy you at least you got nice big figure and strength and hand combat skills as well. Well, in my case, I was learned only Taekwondo all my life (lets skip my 12 years training of sword art cuz can't use it on street) Cuz of that I only can kick and run. I lived in almost 4rd world country so I had to dealt with large Russian giants in former ex Soviet Union countries my parents were missionaries. Snows a lot I had to wear boots on. So I modified my kicks. Spinning heel kick so modified into, half spin high side kick 3 o'clock+ spread leg+ swing. Heavy boots and snows that way I was able to not fall down during kick and give damage to any hostiles. I practiced every kicks 300 times spent 7 hours a day since childhood till 20s. I went to local military school. I don't know how to fight but only knows how to kick and buy time to run away. I was also very skinny very small. Every other guys are Goddamn monsters especially Mongolians strong as F. At least military school it was heavily restricted to fight with in school mates and especially foreigners like me so school life was ok also they protected me. But outside was problem. Unknown street muggers were problem. 190Cm tall heavy weight muscle monster. I pretend like begging for life and spinning heel kick or face side kick always works well gives me time about 15 seconds to run away or call military in school mates. It was doom 2 game popular age. Now Im grown man but no improvements still kick and run. I did learn hand to hand combat at military school but won't work against new age so called MMA UFC fighter. Criminals got worse now they got rich enough to get guns and learn MMA or UFC something. Champions don't hurt innocent people so it was ok. So my kick still works in real combat scenarios. I carry 2~3 of semi auto pellet guns and rubber bullet revolver. Now I should shoot them in the head and then I do spin kick like Goddamn video game resident evil 4 re.
    My point is I'm to old and sick. In order to useable boxing, at least gotta learn 10 years but I can't and don't have time. Some former CIA officer told me to learn Kravmaga? short term but useful to run away. Now luckily Im living 4rd to 3rd world country which is safe. My second point is, how come MMA, UFC school allows to train criminals to use for mugging people and gang members. Of course once I witnessed one of student of MMA school using skills for crime activity, so coach (former champion) beat the shit out of them alone and banned them to all MMA schools. This must be done to all countries. Im living in 3rd country but way ways safer country. But I still carry semi auto pellet guns hidden shoulder holster and belt conceal holster with rubber bullet revolver cuz real firearms are only allowed to keep in home anyhow carrying lot of none lethal guns and gadgets cuz Im still traumatized with fear and I wonder how did I never got fatal damage at all during those times. Some Countries even you cooperate to attacker still attempt to kill you.
    Anyway Im so envy of you. You well trained Taekwondo and hand to hand combat skills. Now I can't train with jump rope and hardcore training so I do only stretching and practice sword sparring. Im not healthy to do that. Wish I could learn MMA like you. I watched your videos and saved to my play list to compare with my kicks for 2 years and this is my first time writing comment. Thank you.     what is some good calisthenics workout's you would suggest. I do 120 pushups and 60 resistance band squats and stretch hamstrings and hips for 15 minutes. I also climb trees/do pull ups for forearm strength and shoulders.
