Love the story, the writing and the narrator. But chopping off the end of the chapters is disconcerting. Even if you must, you could arrange not to have a sentence cut in half….. I realize that it probably doesn’t change the course of the story; but It is a bit of a shock when listening. If it really saves that much time, please try to make a cut at a period instead in the middle of a sentence. Sincerely, Christine Pastoor
I did like the story, thanks for a great reading!! I won't go into the cut off chapters, but did nobody else wonder who wrote that letter? I kept thinking, it must be the family relatives who didn't want them to become public and possibly lay claim to some sort of inheritance... Anyways, thanks for a very entertaining story!!!!
YES!! I came here to say just that thing.. it's VERY ANNOYING how the end of every chapter is just chopped off mid sentence... This is the first in this series and I'm only on chapter 5.. someone please tell me it doesn't happen all the way through the story??? Or at least PLEASE say it's not like this through all 4 books???
Think it’s only the last couple of sentences of each chapter missing, still easy enough to pick up the flow, and the epilogue appears to end correctly 😅. In my opinion the book is still worth listening to. I’m off to find the next book in this series now. (ps, fun to find characters from other series popping up in here!)
@@robbiebunge859better to not have it than it be cut off. No one has to say thank you. If the author didn’t deem the sentences important she wouldn’t have written them.
Sorry, don't waste your time investing in this book. Unfortunately, it cuts off at the end of each chapter so you have no conclusion. Also, some of the events repeat themselves later on so you are left searching for the story's continuation. Most unfortunate.🙄 The narrator was wonderful!❤
Excellent book. A few words missing now and then, but so what? If you aren't brain dead, you'll pick up the gist. Thanks for the FREE reading, much appreciated 🇿🇦
People don’t spend their time listening to audiobooks just to “pick up the gist.” And stop your groveling about it being FREE reading. It’s embarrassing for you.
Through the whole story showed honor and justice. Enjoyed until the end. Then the end came i believe that she would have waited until she was married to have sex so disapointed!!!

I have listened to all 4 of the series and really really enjoyed them and it was read beautifully. I recommend you all listen in. Thank you Anne x
Thank you for this excellent book, the narrator is amazing and the story written so well! Beautiful! I'm so grateful
Anne Gracie writes very moving stories! And this narrator is really amazing
Rarely have I had a LOL with a romance novel. This is the second book from Anne Gracie that I have had that reaction ❤
The Scoundrels Daughter had lots of LOL's!!!

Thank you for that, now I can stop listening to it, I don't like unfinished books.
This author is a screen writer. Her books could so easily be converted to film.

I fully agree about the Peacocks!!! they scream hELP hELP at night! They make my skin crawl!!!
Chapter ends???
Why are the chapter ends so chopped off?
Irritating isn’t it?
Wonderful story, but YES very irritating chapter endings.

I think it's for copyright issues in order for RUclips to not catch them and delete the video
@@giorgosthoma849 Well duh!
The underlying thought of that question. Can you even guess? Probably not.
One of the best in its sjangre!

Great story but narration cuts out the last little bit of several chapters.
not really amusing when there's the last part missing in every chapter.
Not every chapter, and you'd have to be really thick not to get the gist of it. It's free, say thank you

WHY do you cut off the end of the chapter?!?!?

Muffins 😂😂😂😂
Pity about all the incomplete episodes. You have to assume some of the story a bit as you go. Annoying.

Bad editing BUT Lovely story
I wont subscribe because chopping the end of the chapters off is so annoying. I will go elsewhere for stories.
