How to restart Star Printer

Power off
Wait until light is off
Hold down feed button
Power on
Release feed button when configuration is printed
Check IP address on second paper.
It should be 192.168.x.xxx or 10.0.xx.xxx
Note that 0.0.0.0 means not connected to network.

i can't get the second page for ip address? i tried hold 40 second is still same nothing print it out for ip address

Have you tried holding the “feed” button down longer? I held it for almost a whole 40 seconds until nothing else came out and it worked
