I think you may be the only actual business advice channel on youtube. The rest of it is really just buzzword newsletter selling bullshit and your stuff is always on point!
I just want to share that I have been binge watching your content for the last couple of weeks. Having watched vids from two years ago as well, I’d like to applaud you and your team for the increase in quality! (Shout out to your editor and brand strategist for these visuals!) I love how you breakdown steps that make things feel more digestible with a casual and light vibe yet backed by professional experience. I’m trying to take my first step in freelancing online. It’s still a daunting task for me. I do get pumped after watching your videos and working on my pitches until… the internal doubt creeps in huhuhu 😫But I do want to send out my first set of cold pitches soon and earn my first dollar🤞 Guess part of me wants to be held accountable so I’m leaving this comment here partly to kick myself into gear ~ Hope one of these days, I can comment again with an update. More power to ya ~
Wow. Your videos are AMAZING. I'm binge watching ALL OF THEM and I've learned so much from your free videos than I have from paid courses. DEYA YOU ARE THE BEST. Thank you!
Something useful to add is to have an expensive service and then pre-recorded products that are made for those who aren't in the stage of being your clients. For example, what you do with the audience of this channel. We might not have a team yet but we buy your courses to grow and once we need to build a team, we could hire your services
I really really love this video! If you want to be a founder of your business, it is the only way. You need to try many things and some will make money! Life is digging and working and learning. It is so realistic! So true! I will rewatch when I feel tired of trying things! It will take time but trying is the only way to find!
The only real difference real business advice, no lies “ become a millionaire when you ABC” your words and information is like gold nuggets adding up in my bucket. Thank you You make videos I will be watching
Trivia fact: "Niche" is a French word (pronounced "neesh"). That's how we call a dog house, but in the larger sense it comes from the verb 'nicher' and the concept of making a nest , e.g. speaking of birds nesting somewhere. Your little corner of the word, indeed! :)
I'm not a freelancer, but I genuinely appreciate your perspectives on business and running small business. I'm a fellow content-creator working my way through building a SaaS app for my niche .. woodworking! :) Luckily I'm a developer on the 9-5 so it fits my wheelhouse.. but I'm learning a lot from your channel! Subscribed and looking forward to more content ❤
Great advice as always. I guess I shouldn’t stressed about my niche just yet. Btw, there is more reverb in your voice here than your other video. Maybe you can try using Adobe Podcast to do speech enhance
Question OK if your niche is let’s say in cats in it about cat trainers how do you find the businesses or people to hire you? Do you look at local veterinarians? Do you look at local pet shop? Do you look at local pet stores that caters to cats and other animals And mom and pop stores Petsmart do you look at cat bakeries? How do you find your client within the cat atmosphere? For example you can use any example in fashion and business and entertainment how do you find those people so if you’re doing entertainment say theme parks do you look for certain people or businesses in the theme park industry, and just message them?
As soon as you stop talking about cats and started talking about Taylor Swift, your cat meow telling you get on track talk about cats😂😂😂😂 your content is so good
How do you manage until you get paid good money, because I'm probably never going back to the corporate world, I live with my family so that's a plus, but I started creating contents to teach English and later I wan to expand into freelancing business services in what I have experience, I just want to see how can I push myself forward until I have money that makes me show up everyday.
Hi Deya! Love your energy and your transparency in your videos ❤ Quick question.. you talked about Dubsado for client onboarding but also mentioned that you no longer use it. What are you currently using?
When you're reaching out and trying to get these clients to try out these services, do you have to have them sign a contract or is it more of a written agreement type thing? This is the step I'm at right now and want to make sure I'm doing this right.
i've done either or with different clients -- i think it depends on your level of comfort/trust with the person. Obviously the safest route will always be to use a proper contract -- you can buy a subcontractor contract template online and just fill that in + send that for a signature to have that extra level of protection, but sometimes that felt like overkill for me if it was a tiny project and I trusted them to pay me or they paid me upfront. So it's up to you basically -- I have a video on contracts/invoices here - ruclips.net/video/QTeokgrR--o/видео.html
Your channel's videos are indeed excellent, boasting high resolutions. However, due to certain errors, the channel isn't experiencing significant growth.
I couldn't focus on single word that you uttered because I was only watching at you, your smile, your beauty, your beautiful lips. Look less beautiful if a filter can make you less beautiful then may be I will able to hear you what you said..

cough alex hormozi cough.. dude makes up shit and is a total scammer. i think deya has more actual business experience than him.

0:47 haha made me giggle I often get confused on how to pronounce the word "niche"
I lose time studying philosophy, theology, and history... I don't know how to make that valuable to someone.
Found your channel tonight, cool stuff!
this was so helpful, thenkiu 🌻
video was so helpful! danke ✨
wow, this was so helpful!!
Thank you for this amazing video :)
Is it possible for you to tell us how to research about the demand of a particular niche in the market.
Your English is perfect. How did you learn it to speak so fast and grammatically correct?
Thanks for the great video of tons of insights

Trully a great video! Thanks.
How to check if it’s a blue ocean for opportunities?
hi deya, where do you get your six figure clients? is it linkedin or other freelancing platforms?

@@MyNameIsDeya Thank you so much!
Should I include the fact that I'm currently working for [COMPANY] in my freelancing portfolio? btw I did not sign any NDA Agreement with the Company.
I think it's more trust-worthy for clients if you have a job. It's a good idea to add it to your profile
Thank you!
4:37 Why did you just describe me (replace Taylor Swift with just Evermore vibes music)
Hello Deya, I hope you're doing well. Would it be possible for us to connect sometime when it's convenient for you?
Your channel's videos are indeed excellent, boasting high resolutions. However, due to certain errors, the channel isn't experiencing significant growth.

"Everything changed, when the F-reelancing nation attacked"
🤣 Waste time quick.
Whats ur age ??
OMG, you're so beautiful 😍
agree you're looking super cute deya
There’s gonna be a new bill pass that doesn’t let you be an independent contractor for your taxes so no one will be able to do freelancing anymore …
what bill?
I couldn't focus on single word that you uttered because I was only watching at you, your smile, your beauty, your beautiful lips.
Look less beautiful if a filter can make you less beautiful then may be I will able to hear you what you said..
