why I can't use the extruded and sweep in the assembly?

Make sure you are trying to do all this in new part(within assembly watch carefully)

Hey, min 2:58.(SOLIDWORKS 2017) Im trying few times with diffrent planes but nothing works. It just dosent make the spline coincident with the circule. btw, when im clicking new part it dosen't make new part until I press Plane, When I do press, the plane are on diffrent axis. Any ideas? (if i choose TOP in assembly, in part its right, front is top for example) (*tried other ideas, mates, etc. cant move the top base)
