Alex I don't understand what you are trying to plan really... You want her to agree to date you and start being closer to you but in the end as you said you have to do the dating show this means that she can't agree to date you because a dating show means someone has to win it and actually date you.. So after it I don't see anything really happening between you two because you will be dating someone else unless you think lexy will share a person.. In the end she's not being taken seriously and might end up with someone else who treats her like a 1st choice not a 2nd

No but here's the thing, even if Alex goes on with the dating show, if he still has the mindset to date Lexy after the show, that just means he's emotionally unavailable throughout the dating show thing which is still unfair to the other girls.
