- So how thick are Nike Air Max 97's? Big Rob from CelebHeights with a measurement video of a new pair of AirMax 97. How much height increase do they really give you?
The air max 97 heel height is reasonably thick, more than your average sneaker thickness for sure, but are they as thick as some of the other nike air max models like the 720 or 270?

Yes. Here is a general tip on Sneakers - buy and wear them, the longer they sit in a cupboard, the more chance the glue will break down.

Seems like a decent pair of shoes that is comfortable and doesn’t add an absurd mint of height but I think an inch is nice especially if you’re 5’5-5’6 can boost you into the normalish range.

A daily stretching routine will improve posture
I would maybe incorporate some press ups and some simple stretches like hands at sides and bringing them up slowly towards the ceiling, both in front and then side on.

3.7 cm is a big shrinkage and it’s likely due to ur conditions. 179 cm should be a fine claim.

From polls in the past, I think 6ft 1 seems a kind figure I see as a frequent choice of being ideal.
6’1 is probably the best height out there, ur definitely tall compared to average but not really towering or standing out
188-189 in shoes is maybe about 185.5-186 barefoot, or 6'1. It doesnt look as big as 190 but still tall

Rob, I curve my neck sometimes almost everyday but I only curve my neck for 40 seconds and start stretching and tucking my neck in everyday I don’t spend hours curving my neck like Jenny dose. Im age 19 5/8 I don’t know the chances of me shrinking from poor posture. I just want to know if habits are still good 👍

Hi Rob is it normal to shrink to your lowest absolute height just after you wake up or at noon or afternoon? For example I am 185.3 cm out of back and no longer afterwards I am around 6ft flat
In first hour of wakening up we can lose a decent chunk of height.
I dont, but alot of people can lose a bit not long after waking up

pretty normal i wake up and in first 10 seconds i measured myself im 185.1cm and in middle day just sitting in office or school im like 183.3 and if i play soccer or just do any activity that lasts me being a foot for more than 2 hours i can be 182.5 at my lovest so im deffinetly weak 6 foot guy

Ronaldo is 185-186 and same weight as you. And he is the perfect height athlete with the ideal body so definitely a very good ratio. Since you're 18, maintain your weight and eat proberly and move more cause that's the age when you start gaining weight faster

Hi I wanna ask in a normal case when a person wakes up at 6’1 flat how tall he gonna be at the absolute lowest at night just before bed plus is it true that most tall people lost more height than short people when they get old?
As a 6’1 flat person in the morning, I only shrink about 1 cm, maybe 1.3 cm on an active day. Most 6’1 people will end up being 6’0 ¼ at their lowest, some might get below 6’. Just depends

I would try to face a wall, place a can/book on your head and do the measurement yourself. Then you'll figure out if your Mother is mis-measuring you.
Don't always rely on somebody measuring us to get it perfect!

You’re probably 6’2.25-5” during the day and 6’2” at night. Depends how large your eye line is. On average it is 4-5” long.
176.5+12=188.5 at night time so maybe 6'3 in the morning 6'2 at night

All i can say... you're probably 6'2" range judging by what you've said, even though it is possible you're slightly looking upwards without even realizing. But i recommend to measure your height, aerosol can and cereal boxes that aren't scrunched up, i've found to be the best tools that you can measure your height with.

You might be the tallest in most groups, though occasionally you might still see one or two people who are taller than you, though the vast majority will be shorter than you.
It means you're taller than 97% of people who are the same sex as yourself.
So, in a crowd of 100, you're taller than 97 and only shorter than 2.

(You have the % of their actual height and stuff) They can also lose height when they get older, though I'm not sure if taller people lose more height than shorter people do with age.
97th percentile means ur 190 cm, almost 6’3. At that height you stand taller than almost everyone, u might occasionally find someone at ur height. But u tower over the average.

I'm a size 12, and basically every shoe i have add's well above 3cm, i brought the same school shoe from when i was 12, (size 9) which added 2.8cm and then a (size 12) version which add a staggering 3.8cm.
Bigger sizes can have an extra fraction compared to the 7 to 10 size ranges.

In footwear then it’s definitely possible, and with thick hair or hair pointed up as well

Tried with a few doors and it was off quite a few cm. Maybe it needs very brightly lit rooms, might test again.
The ruler app? Not sure how it works but I used a mark for my height and measured the top of that to the bottom and it was about an inch off my actual height. I’m 6’1 and it got me at 6ft. Like Rob said maybe lighting and stuff matters? That would be interesting video to make lol

Get Link Your parents are pretty much the same height as mine (my dad's just under 6 foot - 182cms) and I'm 5'10.5, stopped growing in height by 18, but we're all different, I didn't think I'd be an inch shorter than my dad but I am, lol. Nature will do it's thing. I'd guess you'll probably be around 5'11 yourself. Looking into your grandparents heights can also be of some use too. Hey Big Rob, I know height is genetic but is late growing (after 18) genetic as well? My grandfather (who is 6'10) grew 2 inches after 18, and my father (who is 6'0) grew 3 inches after 18. Is it likely for me to grow after 18 as well? I'm 17 and have grown 1.5 inches in the past year.
If you have family who gained after 18, then the odds may be greater you have a chance of a late burst too.

I've found shoe lifts are only really good for giving above average height people a boost in height so they can deviate further from the average and stand out more.

Several of my family members grew after 18 years of age. Not by much maybe 3 inches maximum and it was slow. I also noticed we don’t have full beards I’m in my 30s and it’s still filling in little by little. May be late bloomers? 😂
