Maybe them preserving the rights is a sign of hope that they’re gonna do a remaster of GTA IV and EFLC. As far as I can remember, Arab Money is the only song that would need to played in any mission. There is that one in the final mission of TBoGT jumping from the jet but if needed, it could probably be removed since it happens in the gameplay instead of a cutscene.

Try using the Armored Kuruma when you bust that guy out of jail. I parked mine right next to the gate before I went to get the chopper. After I got the target out of jail and opened the gate, all I had to do was jump in the Kuruma and lose the cops. Easy peasy and no damage to the jailbird.
