Make sure you invest in a good massage therapist and post dance session recovery protocol. Vitamins, plantbased oils, sauna, cryotherapy, minerals stretch recovery and gentle movement. I can't tell you the amount of people who suffer for life from inflammation and injuries from college sports. It's ALL worth especially if you start young. You will age well.
