Astagfirullah - Астагфируллах - أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّٰهَ
Astaghfar and its Benefits from Quran and Hadiths.
Astaghfar also known as Astaghfirullah is the act of seeking forgiveness from Allah. We ask forgiveness from Almighty Allah by repeating the Arabic words Astaghfirullah, which means“I seek forgiveness from Allah.”Istighfar means to get strength from Allah to refrain from sin and evil and to be able to display this strength to refrain from sin.
“Astaghfirullah” is a door of mercy through which you turn towards the right path.
“Astaghfirullah”. It is the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (SAW) to seek Istighfar 100 times daily.
The Holy Quran states:
“But surely the righteous will be in the midst of gardens and springs, receiving what the Lord will give them; for they used to do good before that. They used to sleep but a little of the night; and at the dawn of the day they sought forgiveness…”
(Quran, 51:16-19)
Astaghfar opens the door of mercy.
A person who constantly and regularly does Istighfar will be forgiven by Allah Almighty. Allah will not punish the people who always do Istighfar.
Allah says in Holy Quran:
“But not is (for) Allah that He punishes them while you (are) among them, and not is Allah the One Who punishes them while they seek forgiveness.”
(Quran, 8:33)
And whoever does a wrong or wrongs himself but then seeks forgiveness of Allah will find Allah Forgiving and Merciful.
Surat An-Nisa 4:110
Allah is Ar-Rahman, the Most Compassionate, and Ar-Raheem, the Most Merciful. He loves that we ask Him for forgiveness and He has promised to forgive. So we can say that Istighfar opens the door of mercy.
Prayers Are Accepted through Astaghfar
“And He it is Who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons the evil deeds and He knows what you do.”
|bn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,
“If anyone constantly seeks pardon (from Allah), Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety, and will provide sustenance for him from where he expects not.” [Abu Dawud].
Hadiths about “Astaghfar”
Narrated Abdullah bin Amr: Abu Bakr As-Siddiq said to the Prophet “O Allah’s Apostle! Teach me an invocation with which I may invoke Allah in my prayers.” The Prophet said, “Say: O Allah! I have wronged my soul very much (oppressed myself), and none forgives the sins but You; so please bestow Your forgiveness upon me. No doubt, You are the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
Sahih Al-Bukhari - Book 93 Hadith 485
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, “When Allah created the creations, He wrote with Him on His Throne: ‘My Mercy has preceded My Anger.”

«Я прошу прощения у Аллаха»
Истигфар - мольба о прощении грехов
Достоинство просить прощения у Аллаха хорошо известна. Это причина получения прощения, вхождения в Джаннат, хорошего удела, увеличения силы, предотвращения вреда, облегчения дел, ниспослания дождя, увеличения богатства и детей. Это врата облегчения и счастья. Это средство, с помощью которого устраняются тревоги, снимается печаль, исполняются дуа, открываются двери пропитания и знаний.
Совершение истигфара - это эффективный метод успокоения и облегчения трудностей.
Одним словом, просить прощения у Аллаха - это решение любой проблемы.
Всевышний Аллах говорит:
وَأَنِ ٱسْتَغْفِرُ‌وا۟ رَ‌بَّكُمْ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓا۟ إِلَيْهِ يُمَتِّعْكُم مَّتَـٰعًا حَسَنًا إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَيُؤْتِ كُلَّ ذِى فَضْلٍ فَضْلَهُۥ ۖ وَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَإِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ كَبِيرٍ‌ ﴿٣﴾
«Просите прощения у вашего Господа и раскаивайтесь перед Ним. Тогда Он (избавит вас от кары на земле и) даст вам наслаждаться (земными благами) до определенного срока (до смерти) и одарит Своей милостью (в вечной жизни) тех, кто проявляет милость (к другим в земной жизни). А если вы отвернетесь (не уверуете), то я боюсь, что вас постигнет наказание Великого дня (в Судный день)». (Сура «Худ», 11:3)
Абу Хурайра (да будет доволен им Аллах) сказал: «Я слышал, как Посланник Аллаха (да благословит его Аллах и приветствует) сказал:
«Клянусь Аллахом, я прошу у Аллаха прощения и обращаюсь к Нему с покаянием более семидесяти раз в день»».
(Аль-Бухари)
Ибн 'Аббас (да будет доволен им Аллах) сказал: «Посланник Аллаха (да благословит его Аллах и приветствует) сказал:
«Если кто-либо будет постоянно просить прощения (у Аллаха), то Аллах даст ему выход из любой беды и облегчение от любой тревоги, и даст ему пропитание оттуда, откуда он не ожидает»».
(Абу Дауд)
«Поистине, Аллах любит кающихся и любит очищающихся». (Сура «Аль-Бакара», 2:222)
Пусть Аллах сделает нас из тех, кто постоянно кается, и из тех, кто очищает себя. Амин!
