It's actually the best, experience is the best teacher, in 2018 my friend spent about 50 million to buy a plot in nalumunye and did construction at about 100million,leaving in unfinished and kyeyo exhausted him... I wish he had invested the 50 million to buy 3 plots in maya by that time coz they were at a cost of 15 million... Now in 2024,he would be able to sell 2 of the plots in maya at 80 million, stay with a plot... With cash 100 million for more real estate investment
