First u had to first check if the land title was in his names to prove that what he was selling was his property, Chairman was signing on Ndagano bweliba nga lyali lyakibanja and other 03 to 05 witness to sign on that Ndagano, if u did all this u can go and report him u will get back yo land,or u can connect with hajj kamoga he will help u to get yo land back, BUT LANDTITTLE SERCH is very important before u buy any land
They have to send u LAND TRANSFER PAPERS thru DHL or any u put yo signiture then 4to copy of yo NATIONAL ID and passport photos then the process will move but u have to use trustworthy person

Thanks Farouk for the programme and Mr.Kamoga for the insight I bought kibanja 3acres in 2020 planted there eucalyptus to keep it but the land doesn't have any wrangles.I wanted to secure a land title but they said it's not yet time when it's time they will let us know then each one will pay a certain amount which is okay. But I don't feel secure having land without a title. What advise would you give me should I sale the land and buy somewhere else where can get land with title or I wait until they decide of which don't know when.The land is on a very good location with water and electricity on a high way they've started putting colase good for family settlement and project.Dorcus Dubai. But for me I don't pay land rent bought once the saler said I don't have to because it's not but your saying everyone on kibanja pays rent so I'm confused. Thank alot
Just look for your land lord gwebawa obusulu. If u don't pay busuulu.look for where to pay . Kibanja is safe koz it's kabaka's land .u mean Buganda will chase away all people from budu or central Uganda? Both lands are safe

Yes as long as u sign the transfer forms and u give yo NATIONAL ID copy and yo passport size photo any body can process for you but he must be trustworthy

My husband died ad left the land tittle in Centenary bank, its now 12years
Go their and check with centenary maybe they sold it and also find out how much he owed them
