What’s the likelihood of the crankcase blow by being ingested with the vent so close to the air filter especially with the bonnet closed, or is the more clearance in reality? Or is there not enough to matter in reality anyway?

Wont be an issue, will be enough air moving about in that area that the intake wont be pulling a lot of crankcase breather air in.
