I have replaced the ink pad as well, however still getting the error. Check a few other videos for downloading Epson Program Resetter, however, could not able to find the link from where to download. If you are aware please help to suggest from where to download the resetter software

@@sureshkumarbhutani2336 There is a software called WIC reset. Download it, you will get one free trial and then you have to buy key for 4 dollars. I also use it to reset.
