  • When I was a kid, I read a commentary on a Debussy record. It was written that "the etymology of the word 'passepied' comes from 'passing feet'". The atmosphere of the music reminded me that I was imagining a ghost with only feet. It was a bit of a scary music for me. But it's been my favorite music ever since that time.
