I believe they are roughly 2 feet tall, the creator (I think) said he is roughly as tall as a little over 3 slugcats. However, if they were any larger, well nothing is stopping them from achieving a cat's true ambition, world domination. (Can you imagine a vulture coming after you? Yeah, death incarnate.)

you don't have to read all of this, i've just analyzed it a bit and can come to some conclusions: slugcats in games like gmod are often bigger than normal people, as their thickness ends up increasing their height and overall size when put onto a normal playermodel, and people almost always do this because it's usually easier to implement properly or improperly. as for slugcat in game: the devs very much went out of their way to make it impossible to actually guess the size of things in game relative to real life; we could guess that ancients are roughly the size of humans, but then we have to guess the size of ancients in game; which you might say "oh they're the size of the echoes" but that very well has no evidence to support it, as we only have statues, murals and echoes to remember them by; dissolving in the void sea very well could have made their forms less dense as they have a more fluid nature, and have expanded to a more potentially liquid or gaseous state. this would just be another theory; another plausible theory would be using the architecture of rain world to scale the approximate size of the ancients... in which case they would be the same size as slugcat. we can assume this due to the sizes of the pipes and the rooms, but ESPECIALLY the size of the iterator puppets being very likely to mirror the size of an ancient, as well as the iterators having an access shaft into their puppet room. unless they could communicate remotely and have their problems solved like that, they would need to go speak with five pebbles through the access shaft; even if not... it's an ACCESS SHAFT. it's there so the ancients can get inside of five pebbles conveniently in the first place. we could try and use a measure we have in real life to measure rain world... the speed of sound... as the doppler effect is implemented in game and so is the travel of sound; so it's possible to measure the speed of sound in rain world compared to what's around it. problem is? sound travels at different speeds depending on the density of the material; sound moves faster in water than air because it's denser, it moves slower higher in the atmosphere because the air is thinner. if we use the speed of sound, then we have to guess that this atmosphere we know so little about is extremely similar to our atmosphere. there could be huge differences that the life has evolved to thrive under. all of these are reasons as to why we can't measure how big slugcat is, but that many of the guesses we have results in slugcat being the same size or bigger than your average human. sorry for the giant wordy paragraph, i just think that it's an interesting topic, and that it's worth talking about, though you probably weren't looking for an actual answer or conversation and this was just a rhetorical question you asked
This has some nasty implications about the scale of Rain World. If a Slugcat is that big (around 8-9 feet if that man is 6 feet), then a Miros Bird would have to be like 50 feet tall or something.
