India is a superpower in terms of population already, wasting youth's time and energy with high unemployment. There has to be a cultural shift for India to be a high income country. That cultural shift starts with the citizens of the country, they need to step up and come up with ideas, innovations, technologies and first of all a complete overhaul of this British system is needed. This educational system is holding the country back. The mindset of an ordinary citizen of this country is very low level. You talk to a normal citizen of other country and then when you talk to a normal citizen of India there's a huge difference in the thought process, aspirations, passions, dreams and especially actions.
India will be a superpower no doubt(bcoz of the numbers), but it will be a hollow superpower for a long time.
Exactly that's thing should be our top most priority to improve Education and change Education system that can bring innovation in our country that can really help our nation to prosper the government which is heavily investing in Infrastructure but isn't doing many reforms that are very much needed

Our big problem is salary partiality. Private companies earning more give less salaries to employees. For example:- hospitals. Hospitals earn lakhs and also in crores but they give only 15-25k to there paramedical staff. And some 10-15k.

अब के बच्चों को स्किल सीखना तो और भी मुश्किल है अगर ये ही काम 1980 से 2000 तक के बच्चों के ऊपर किया जाता तो आजतक हम हाई इनकम में आ गए होते ,उस टाइम के बच्चों में इतनी भूख थी सीखने की जो अब के बच्चों में 10% भी नही है ,हमने ये मौका खो दिया है
