- Today Architectural Digest brings you to Florida to visit a massive resort-style mansion in Delray Beach. The Rockybrook Estate is situated on 2.5 acres of land surrounded by a lake on an island, with landscaping and amenities inspired in part by the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. 7 bedrooms are spread across 31,000 square feet of space indoors while a dreamlike, tropically landscaped pool and grotto area wait just outside.

I can't help but look at these homes and think, "Dammit, I left my phone in the West wing again. UHG!"
Butler…
😂😂
You should have multiple phones around your mansion. But really, why do you even need a phone at all? Don't you have several personal assistants who carry phone? Answering phone calls should be way beneath you! ☺☺
Maybe it’s all wired for Alexa…..?
It's probably friends and family calling again to borrow money.
Really appreciate the rebranding of basic quartz to "semi-precious stone" to upsell it to rich people.
I g
Basic sales technique.
some of the stone was onyx...
Seems like a great place to ride out a category 5 hurricane.
Can you imagine having to board up all those windows? Yikes!
a great place to display some keebs
@@skyblueerik probably storm proof
😂
It’s a vacation home prob 😂
Oh that lake looks great for all those alligators too.
🐊 The alligators are humanely harvested for boots, belts, and bags 🐊
i love gators 🐊🐊
@@DerekThorpe294 I hope they do not climb over the fence but I've lived in Florida all my life and have seen a alligators climb over a 6 ft. chain fence. I think if you have a dog in your yard it's too tempting, but the house is absolutely beautiful.
@@EverFlo777 wow insane!
@1% Evan Ł please google alligator climbing over fence and watch the video. Your welcome.
At 23 million, the Loch Ness monster better be in that lake.
Haha
Word of the day: semi precious stone
Mother of pearl
@@csuchdrp5996 swarovski
@@anosluz onyx
For $23M they are sure giving me a lot of “semi-precious stone” but I feel I ought to be getting fully precious stone
Exactly, if $23M only gets you semi-precious stone how much would it be with precious stone? 🤔
You could not make things from precious stones, those are too small and really expensive, just a countertop would cost millions
@@collan580 wow
😂😂
For _$23B_ you might get precious stone. Precious stone = Gemstone.
A 23 million dollar mansion surrounded by a lake in a state that is below sea level and sinking? Sounds like a great investment!
Lol
If you have 23 million dollars to spend you prob aren’t worried about your future finances lol
It’s a great investment lowkey a steal for Atlantis 🤷🏽♂️
No wonder it's for sale
You're saying that as if the 1st second the contract's done and the house is yours, the whole place will drown. Chill tf out, dude
I don't give a whit how much it cost or who designed it, the fact remains it has all the warmth of a morgue.
I think you mean a Mausoleum. But - yeah. I agree.
Cause the house is staged. They won't add too many things to the interior cause they expect the buyer to add those things by themselves. Plus the home is not being lived in. I don't know what you expect
@@kingkalii188 I'm fully aware of that fact; yet it still is a home devoid of any warmth. To each his own.
If I work hard and continue to flip these burgers, I to can only see this house on RUclips 🔥
Time to become Mr Krabs !
With God all things are possible just pray tirelessly
No shame in that!
So many weird roofs. It looks like something I would build in the Sims. There are some lovely parts, like the stair railing, but no part seems to go with any other part.
My first thought.
my exact thought
How do people feel cozy and at home in houses like these tho
Maybe if you have a large family. But otherwise, I would feel alone.
This house is pretty but it looks like a hotel
Ask Drake.

Take a shot every time she says "backlit semi-precious stone"
Or stick to champagne like we do. 😜
Only because there is so much of it in the home :)
I would like to make a game with these words when i watch AD: luxorious, glass of wall, italian, indoor-outdoor, custom. Its a great drinking game you will be wasted after 2-3 videos
Love the kitchen "large enough for a family of six" that is bigger than my apartment !
wtf
Am I a peasant for having an all year round kitchen? Where’s the winter kitchen if you have a summer kitchen?
dont forget your fall and spring kitchen.
This is a summer home… The homeowner has a winter home someplace else, and it has a winter kitchen.
The owners will need more than one house when this one ends up flooded.
Yes. And only a peasant would ask that. It's in your winter home of course
You don’t have a concert stage outside your house either??
I would have made an offer, but no Prince's suite. Sheeeeesh.
Lol
Jerusalem stone, super rare, only the Entire Roman Empire was built with it 😂.
I wanted to see the master bedroom. The master is usually what i look forward to seeing the most
House Developer: How much backlit semi-precious stone you want in the home?
Architect: Yes.
Architect is usually at the mercy of the developer.
She sells well. She sells really well. Talking about these features, showing around, getting your attention and giving everything it's true passionate description. Very well done ma'am!
Thank you very much! :)
My thoughts exactly. She's obviously very good at her job
X
Yes, great enunciation, diction and presentation
Getting very strong McMansion vibes here!
Basically the ultimate McMansion
So on the one hand, she claims, the ENTIRE Roman Empire was build of that stone, but on the other hand it's super RARE. I'm glad the architect managed to get his hands on the very last remaining bits and pieces the Romans left over, to build this god-awful alligator-mosquito-huricane-hell (...I can't think of another reason for the surprisingly "low" price)
ive been touring these houses on youtube so this house isn't even surprising anymore
*_For the person that wants to survive the zombie apocalypse in style_*
“Survive”
I was just wondering why on earth anyone would want this house and now I know.
Flower cutting room has met her match....The Summer kitchen.😂😂😂
They should lower the price. Been in the market for quite a while
Hi Remoir. The property sold at full asking price...
Hope everyone have their dream home one day
This doesn't look like a house it looks like a resort
This is looks actually a resort + yeah it's surrendend by a lake not an ocean
What do people do with all that space? How often do they fill their homes hosting parties. I would feel alone even with a family of four.
Probably its not for living. Its more of an entertainment/getaway home for the rich where you can do events, fundraisers, parties etc.
If you're a celebrity you would usually have friends over though. Family too.
It's beautiful, but I would feel so alone...
Oh my!!! I love the landscape 🤭🤭🤭🤭
I think about the cleaning, at least 4 people everyday to have the mansion perfectly clean
I saw streaks on some of the glass! 😆
Really luxurious house. Really enjoyed this presenter too! Very good
Looks more like a $3 Million Mansion with $20 Million extra for the pool and being an "island".
Where do I buy all the people for the rooms ?
Long lost relatives and friends will suddenly appear out of nowhere if you are rich enough to buy this house
😂😂😂
6:28 was she referring to Zedd's Skittles vending machine? 😆
I think she was
@@MatheusAcioli8 Yes indeed :)
Yes of course! That Skittles vending machine is fabulous.
A driveway that doubles as a concert stage and leather bookshelves...
Exactly what we were all looking for😐

If this had a basketball court, tennis court and a sand volleyball area it's definitely my dream home.
It has tennis and basketball. More importantly it has a life size Chess board. But if you can afford the home you can afford to make your own volleyball pit.
Thank you sister manager ❤😂🎉😊
The entire roman empire you say?.... Real estate agents can be big jokes

Awesome! your potential seems limitless. I'm fascinated with investing but being a single mother and juggling all these things are quite difficult, How best can I start and what sector to engage in?
@Bryan wow! do you think you can give me some advice on how to invest in a healthy way as you are doing? please
@Bryan Thanks for sharing, just looked up
on google and I'm super impressed with her credentials. I dropped a massage on her webpage and hope she replies soon
Don’t wait until the market skyrocket again then you start biting your fingers wishing you made the decision to invest. bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.
Am not good doing it alone but getting into the market has been my best decision so far in my road to financial independence as it turns out to be lucrative for me and Personally I have multiple streams so I just enable the use of an investment advisor to navigate and secure the returns.
Feels Great to see you guys talking about melisa pamela perez. Well, I'm not bothered with the fluentuaction in the Market is turning out, Melisa pamela perez got me covered too.
This is a wonderful Mediterranean-style mansion build with high-quality materials. The Roman Empire-style Jerusalem stone and the 16 feet National Archive door style make the entrance imperial. I like the Swarovsky crystal chandelier, the white and brown marble, and the hugging stairways of the foyer. I like the marble and arabesque steel wall of the great room. The dining room mother of pearl ceiling, table, and chains chandeliers are very luxurious. I like the two marble islands kitchen. The princess bedroom with the Swarovski light fixtures and chandelier that are jewelry for the house is awesome. I like the glass bowl sink of the bathroom. I would have replaced the awesome resort pool with a Mediterranean pool and garden to stay conservative.
VERY NICE, BEAUTIFUL.
I LOVE THIS HOUSE. THE ARCHITECH DESIGN THIS HOME WAS THIKING OF ME.
Perfect
It’s really nice.
The roof looks like someone designed it in Sims
I once lived in a 6000 sq foot home. Small compared to this of course, but there was one thing this home & that home had in common; A person could be squatting or even be murdered at one end of the house , and you wouldn’t know it on the other end… It was a bit uncomfortable on a stormy night when I was home alone . Of course this was before security systems were like they are today.
Either way, if I ever have means again, I’d have a nice place , but not a big place. Big places required a staff around to keep things up, I don’t like that kind of intrusion… While these giant homes are indeed fun to look at, this plain Jane doesn’t need or desire a place that is so huge . My guess is they are more fun to decorate then to live in.
THIS. IS. MASTER. PACE. BACKYARD. IS. SO. BUTIFUL
I love love the house I can see myself living in it. It has my name on it .❤

Why isn't this house selling. It's been on RUclips for ages

Love this house! So beautiful and unique! If I had that kind of money I would definitely invest in this beautiful home.
Nice
That theater is lit! I found my room to camp out in...:)
Also, I dig the library, but leather shelves? Wouldn't that ruin the pages?
This might be the best looking house I’ve ever seen.
That means you haven't seen much....
Ooh a bathroom/ bedroom for every day of the week
Great house
6:33 - Can definitely tell this is a Chihuly piece.
I love this :) My new home
nhà đẹp quá
Most beautiful house truely
Beautiful but also overwhelming at the same time. I couldn't imagine feeling comfortably at peace in this home.
This home is a pretentious, architectural and environmental nightmare. It is a generic megamansion and a waste of resources.
I'm going to try to buy that house soon
When I was a young kid, I though my father was the wealthiest guy in the world. I mean we had all we needed, a big house in a green beautiful countryside and I never suffered of a lack of something. And my father, an amazingly smart man, worked from the early morning to the late night for us and all he earned went to our house.
Now he's a newly retired man and for the fun I calculated the money he earned in his whole 45 years of full time work, and it's only a small part of the price of this mansion.
What do people do to have such a big amount of money ?!
When you're 14yo you have those mostly useless guys who ask you what you want to do in life "plumber , office worker, or scientist ?" and never "so you want to be filthy rich ?".
The more I see the profile of those who are rich, the more I think that I would have lived a lot more and worked really less, to make a living instead of making a job.
So you mean you envy the rich? I think balance is important. Nobody needs a 23 mil mansion. A 1 mil mansion can already be huge and you can even be very happy in a nice apartment. Time is valuable and i think it's important that you like your job as well. Making smart financial decisions and saving is great but you don't need to be filthy rich.
@@sebart9321 Haha no it wasn't exactly my point of view, the "filthy rich" is more like a joke here. Yes you don't need to be absolutely wealthy. I was more thinking about how academic knowledge can't really gives you wealthiness and living a real life aside of school looks much more important. I remember the entrepreneur Robert Kiyosaki telling "my poor father is a genius scientist working for my rich father who stopped school at 16 years old", look this channel : models, singers, DJs... Of course it's a cliché and many entrepreneurs have a very good academic knowledge but more importantly they have good partners. And I don't know how 1M is big exactly in USA, but in my country most people don't earn this amount of money in their entire life.
@@grandmestredespoulpes2435 Working hard is not enough to make millions. You need a lot of luck, ambition and a good idea and very few people have the potential to be wealthy.
