I’ve been trying to put Jeff’s great quote into a simple rhyme. Here is the best I can do.
An abundance of money creates scarcity everywhere else
Scarcity in money creates abundance everywhere else
    Money allowed to ever expand
    Brings scarcity to every land
    Money scarce and tightly bound
    Creates abundance all around

      Bitcoin Poem 031 - Written 10/20/22
      Bitcoin is Abundance
      Inspired by: Jeff Booth
      From this quote
An abundance of money creates scarcity everywhere else
Scarcity in money creates abundance everywhere else
      Money allowed to ever expand
      Brings scarcity to every land
      Money scarce and tightly bound
      Creates abundance all around
      An ever increasing money supply
Destroys our freedom by and by
We’re not even free to choose
We must spend now or we will lose
      The Bitcoin Standard echoes true
A sounder money for me and you
Allowing us to save, or invest
Or buy the things that we think best
Let’s build the world we want to see
With lots of wealth and energy
A world where money’s scarce and tight
With freedom sure, our future’s bright

After listening to George Gammon connect with Jeff Booth on his channel, I realized I needed to follow everything Jeff Booth! Since then, after reading The Price of Tomorrow, I absorb everything this man has to say!
Incidentally, I watched all three interviews with Michael Saylor, Jason Lowery, and Jeff Booth! This understanding of our current world is absolutely fascinating!
    Great job Preston!
    With gratitude and appreciation...♥️
To use Jeff's words..."This is the way!"

Something that always annoyed me as a former IT and Telco network engineer was calling Blockchain protocols like Bitcoin, and Ethereum, Layer 1's. The OSI model already existed long before BTC, and layer 1 is the hardware (cables). L3 is Network so L4 is where these crypto protocols should be, and that is where TCP is. L7 is Application; but this has been labelled Layer 3 in crypto. Why reinvent the wheel, we already had/have a solid standard? The reason will be that it was software engineers not network engineers who were the poineers so everything started at the layer that is base layer to them.
OSI standard is in this order: Physical, Data Link, Network, Transport, Session, Presentation, and Application.

The idea that fiat is centralized monetary energy (that will come to an uncontrollable point and destroy a lot of people's lives), bitcoin on the other hand has the possibility of dissipating all that energy through monetary decentralization, what an amazing concept. Makes me think that someday in the future smart people will understand energy better and there will be a way to dissipate and harness the power of volcanic eruption, a hurricane, an earthquake, or any other natural disaster that we as humans fear. That's all they are, energy that is centralized and becomes uncontrollable and wreaks havoc when the energy is finally released. I really enjoy the philosophical, moral, and psychological conversations about bitcoin as opposed to price movements. Well done Preston and all of his guests.

It's not just centralized control over monetary energy is corrupt and a lie.

Poverty is a great motivator to hold up high that which we need to bring the world forward. Makes me think of men and women in India carrying giant bowls of flowers on their heads. The world with all its diversity, beauty and now integration through the internet has culminated through the ideas of people like Satoshi through mathematics and his knowledge of code and cryptography to bring about the one invention to bring us all together on this amazing planet. Bitcoin. Amazing. We are the culmination of all life on Earth and Bitcoin will bring us into the new age. I love this interview. Jeff Booth has a knack for making you think and Preston Pysh is a talented interview. Thank you boys for all your work.

35:46 Has the guest looked into ATOM? Seems like that protocols approach is to lend their security to the members and contributors that build within their ecosystem. This overlap allows for liquidity to grow within the DEX's and trading pairs.

The global adoption of Bitcoin is inevitable. Just a matter of time now. You can truly amass generational wealth with Bitcoin and crypto if you’re in it for the tech. All that consistency and determination eventually pays off. ✨✨🚀🚀

We need to make adjustments here... all protocols start as centralized, including BTC. What we need to look at is what plans do the centralized organization have to move to decentralized and really define what we mean by a decentralized protocol.
Like BTC, Cardano has a hard cap, and is moving toward Voltaire.. which will make the governance of the protocol and the consensus of the protocol decentralized. You can't keep pretending like BTC will always be the only truly decentralized protocol in the space and start looking at the problems it solves.
    BTC solves money.
    Cardano solves financial services.

Love Jeff but he is completely wrong about ETH. He made the analogy of black berry and IPhone , well what made the IPhone so dynamic… apps , what does ETH have that BTC doesn’t apps or Dapps. Jeff doesn’t get to decide what has value that is the job of the market place and the market has spoken ETH has value

    • @nick-oi1xf

Ethereum has many fundamental problems. The biggest problem is being that it's centralized. All it would take is the gov to issue warrants on the foundation and it's game over. That's one of many central points of failure.
