Spamton being made of loads of different motifs could be something to do with lore, but for me it’s just that he’s a shady little guy, so he takes things from other people and works it into his own thing, like real life business (I guess)
Well no, each individual one has significance. Spamton’s own leitmotif is in big shot cause it’s his theme, world revolving is in there because it’s the freedom leitmotif, like Jevil. All secret bosses will have it. Power of NEO cause Spamton NEO. And dummy is because Spamton is a pawn/puppet/dummy
@@ronjonald660 i like to think it's both, that all the motifs have significance but it also fits the theme of spamton being a scammer, hey, he was the one who stole Mettaton's hopes and dreams to become [[BIG]] Spamton's whole thing is doing knockoffs, but also he does it out of desperation
I'd say that the Dummy/Ghost Fight motif is in BIG SHOT is because both Napstablook and the ghost of the Mad Dummy are related to each other especially in the Deltarune universe seeing as the three of them seem to live in the same house in Hometown and probably helped inspire Mettaton to design the NEO form in the paint program at the library. There's also the more obvious comparison to Dummy and Spamton being used as a puppet and there is also a manaquin that bares a striking resemblance to Spamton so there's that. The Power of NEO motif is because he essentially steals the NEO form and uses it and the fan-dubbed "Freedom" motif is because similar to Jevil, he was made aware of the true nature of the Dark World and unlike Jevil who's insanity has made him see everything as a deadly game, Spamton is driven into insanity from his desperation to break free from his strings and carve his way out of his predetermined path into his own.
The fact that the first part seems unchanged is just genius. It shows how much spamton is supposed to be way more than what he is when we first encounter him. It just show how big shot is at another level in comparison to NOW YOUR CHANCE TO BE. Its just spamton true identity
0:27 Ok, Megaman X1 Vile's bassline? *From a Circus?* I mean Now's Your Chance already samples his theme's metal clangs, doesn't surprise me. This franchise was the LAST place I expected Vile but the motifs are welcome.
No, the start of big shot has whole notes and only notes, also only switching between 3 notes. Your Best Nightmare has eighth notes and more than switching between three
I think the obvious answer with deltarune is actually the best people just don't like how simple it is. These games are just that and the experiment that "gaster" or "mystery man" or whoever keeps referencing is this. The dialogue the speculation the theorizing, playthroughs are indicative of the individual whether you're benevolent, or brutal, or even if you're one of those who just plays it the "correct" way cause it's what the internet said, it's all a reflection of you as a player. And Spamtom directly I think represents the games we've left behind and thrown away and the same goes for everything in chapter 1 all the old toys and even undertale itself now is just cold and dying as we're all starving waiting to gorge ourselves with the next part effectively manipulating these characters into telling us the story we wanna hear it's awesome.
"Dislike" Like that's ever gonna do anything lol Also, "Low Effort" Based on what? Yeah, it has part of Spamton's leitmotif, but it's not like there could be much more effort put into _trimming a fucking wav file_ lol
BIG SHOT but Jevil stole the spotlight

@@zenith6939 idk if you already realized but the song thats played with the worlds revolving its power of neo, not battle against a true hero

I like how you extended the last part!
AGREED!!
yeah man, hate that nobody does it.
0:27 I know that it would sounded weird but that part it's "Now's your chance to be a" leitmotif. Btw, i really love the extended Dummy
