  • There is a place in Quezon City where people flock for their savory lechon. La Loma is known as the Lechon Capital of the Philippines. Among all the lechon vendors here, there is one restaurant that started it all. Mang Tomas Native Lechon has been running since 1954. The founder, Tomas De Los Reyes or better known as "Mang Tomas" is the very first lechonero (pig roaster) of La Loma and jump started the lechon industry by opening the first lechon restaurant here.
