Well I finally did it... I became a Patrion. I've been doing my gold panning so far from Goldbay (with guaranteed pickers lol), but have decided my next gold investment will be the Dreammat Adventure Sluice and a couple Garrett pans. That's right, going to go get my feet wet, mostly inspired by you, and thank you for that! I am starting small but I know me and it won't stay there. Crazy...; Where would this guy come up with an impact drill and a big ceramic bit??? (ducks the geode Jason just threw at me.) If I were to try to open up that geode, I'd wrap it in a slab of full-thickness leather and reach down in there with a cold chisel.... WHACK it with the leather drawn tight. ... not that I'm trying to tell the winner how to do their work. Anyone wanna guess how Jason is going to seal that geode? My money is on a small test-tube cork, with some wax dripped around the edge to make sure it is sealed and held tight.

I have developed kludges for things you can't imagine, lol. (e.g. surgeons ask : "What do we do when general anesthetic is all used up?? "ANS : Do you know how to make ether?? It's actually pretty straightforward. ... Same this with bio-diesel from, uh, available sources in a biomass, or how to overcome emergency brakes on elevators, or isolate electrical systems in a multi-story building so smaller generators can run without ground loops, etc. It's a blast. Sealing a 'test-tube' is relatively simple. Plus, great minds think alike, LOL
