All photos and video clips go to their owners! I did happen to exclude the Bentley 4 Chime V2 , Chinese 5 Chime, and Frisco 3 Chime, since they aren’t too well known whistles.
Where did the Milwaukee Road 3 Chime come from? I've been looking for a sound clip of that whistle for years now. According to my friend, who's grandpa was a fireman on the Milwaukee Road F7 Baltic Hiawathas, that's the whistle those 4-6-4s carried.
The Hancock was loaned by our Roundhouse Foreman’s friend. I don’t know too much more about it but there’s a crack in the valve which causes steam to leak out of it.
@@TrevlynTheTrainiac Okay, thanks! Would it be okay to use the 3 chime audio for my video intros? I've been looking for an authentic whistle to go with my introductions since my logo is a Baltic which I believe had an identical whistle.
Not bad

Can you tell me where the Milwaukee Road 3 chimes came from or at least what class of MILW locomotive they belonged to?
Not sure. I think they may have been from a subsidiary of the MILW, not the MILW itself.

So these are all the whistles you would hear at Silver Dollar City?
Most of them. Others were owned by engineers who left and brought the whistle with them.

Blame FSDL
That does not sound like a Milwaukee Road 3 chime
It’s not, we mislabeled it for years. It is actually a CMO 3 Chime. The CMO was a subsidiary of the Milwaukee road.
