- In June we started developing a new Southern Iowa hunting farm. The farm lays big and has two side access. It's raw, just how we like them!

We are converting CRP into a 20+ acre destination food source. Several coves next to the tillable will be staging, green to grain food plots.
Diving into the timber gave us goosebumps. There are hidden fields surrounded by thick cover. You can just picture how good these plots are going to be during the rut when they highly concentrate doe scent!

If you are interested in buying any of these farms so you can hunt there this season, contact us to learn more or book a showing.
Glad I found this channel, I can’t wait to see the deer that this property holds
We'll share some of the deer from this place and the other two farms not far from here. Stay tuned for that video next week 🦌🚨
Greetings from SW Iowa. I've been working an old 4 acer abandoned homestead and put in a few small food plots myself. Just working with what I can afford.
Small properties can still have incredible hunting when set up strategically and pressure is low. Best of luck!
Definitely be choosing you guys if I ever wanna get Land in Iowa
Hope you got big money or like having monster loans
Nice!
What’s land like this go for there?
Really depends on percentage tillable etc but 5-7,000 per acre
Just might not let this one go must be nice to laugh off like it chump change to buy that much ground
Hurts my heart 😢
plant some trees and think longer term - land management has to be passive cause it is too expensive - be cheap and maximal effectiveness - don't overthink it - it may be better without you
